The WKEU listening area may get relief from heavy rains that have caused many trees in the district to fall on power lines, and have caused flooding in low lying areas. The National Weather service has indicated that Friday there is a 30 percent of scattered PM showers, Saturday again a 30 percent chance of scattered pm showers. on Sunday a 20 percent chance of isolated showers, mainly dry, on Monday a 20 percent change of showers again mainly dry, Tuesday a few isolated showers with a 30 percent chance in the Middle Georgia area, and on Wednesday a 30 percent chance of isolated showers in the evening hours. Temperatures for the area will be 90 to 92 degrees during the period, with overnight temperatures in the 70 to about 73 degrees.
