If you noticed a low flying Airliner in the Griffin and Spalding County area on Tuesday morning you were not alone. The FAA reported that a Korean Air 35 reported a flap problem on its wings while inbound to Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The aircraft circled the area while getting directions about the condition of the plane. Pilots advised the FAA that they could not gain altitude due to the inoperable flap on the airliner. Following all safety procedures the Korean Air 35 landed safely on Runway 27 R at 9:26 am Tuesday morning.
