Late Friday Morning 911 dispatch received a call of a two vehicle collision between a Dodge Pickup truck and a Sedan at Wilson Road and the Griffin Bypass. The Spalding Fire Department, Sheriffs Department, and Spalding Regional were sent to the scene upon arrival all lanes of the 19/41 Bypass were closed. Two individuals were injured in the collision and were sent to Spalding Regional by EMS personnel for further treatment and observation. When all debris and the initial investigation the bypass was again opened to traffic. WKEU and our community would like to thank our first reconsiders for the job they do each day putting their life on the line for our citizens and community.
