As of Tuesday at noon the Georgia Department of Public Health report shows 8818 cases state wide and 329 deaths.

As of 7 pm Monday  the COVID19 virus in Georgia has increases to 8818 Cases with a Death toll reaching 329.

State and Federal officials with the Atlanta-based Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are continually monitoring the spread of the virus.

ALL BUT 5 COUNTIES IN GEORGIA REPORT COVID 19 CASES

Public Health Emergency remains in effect

According to the Georgia Department of Public Health, 60 percent of the cases are ages 18-59, 35 percent are 60 and older, 4 percent unknown and 1 percent are under age 17.

Commercial labs have completed 28,777 tests with 7,099 positive results. The Georgia Public Health Laboratory has completed 2,497 tests with 459 positive results.

Spalding now has 50 confirmed cases and 4 deaths.

Fayette 79 with 4 deaths, Coweta 79 Cases and 2 deaths, Clayton 266 cases and 10 deaths, Henry 194 cases with 3 deaths, Butts County 17 with 0 deaths, Upson 28 cases and 0 deaths, Meriwether 17 and o deaths, Monroe County 13 cases and 1 death, Lamar 15 cases and 0 deaths, and Pike County 10  cases and 0 deaths.
