BUTTS COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT
A shooting incident in Butts County at 132 Madison Avenue, which is close to the Georgia Diagnostic Center on Highway 36 near I-75, has left on person Dead. The male victim’s identity was not immediately made available. Investigators are working to learn what led up to the shooting. There were also reports of Several Children playing nearby outside during the shooting. The investigation as of 9:11 Sunday evening was still ongoing and more information is expected to be released very soon.
