During the meeting the board will consider the following requests for zoning actions.
Amendment to UDO #A-18-08: Appendix G. Standard for Off-Street Parking and Service Facilities
– Section 102:B – amend parking area design.
Application #18-14S: Joani M. McElroy, Owner – 1821 Line Creek Road (10.27 acres located in
Land Lot 79 of the 1st Land District) – requesting a Special Exception to allow a general home
occupation in the AR-1 District.
Discussion of proposed ordinance for sidewalks.
County Zoning Attorney requests an Executive Session to discuss pending or potential litigation,
settlement, claims, administrative proceedings, or other judicial actions brought or to be brought by or
against the county or any officer or employee or in which the county or any officer or employee may
be directly involved as provided in O.C.G.A. § 50-14-2(1).
