Griffin Police report that during the last month there have been several entering auto cases in the Terrace Street area of Griffin. After following up leads developed through the initial investigations, on February 16, 2014, Inv. Karen Yancy was able to identify a juvenile as a possible suspect. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the individual on February 25, 2014 and the recovery of several stolen items. The Juvenile has been charged with four counts of entering auto and seven counts of financial transaction card theft. The juvenile is currently being detained at a Regional Youth Detention Center pending trial.
