Superior Court Jude Mac Crawford sentenced Jodi Lee Elebee age 22 to life in prison plus 25 years in relation to an Armed Robbery incident in Upson Copunty

In Upson County Superior Court Jude Mac Crawford sentenced Jodi Lee Elebee age 22 to life in prison plus 25 years. Elebee stood trial for armed robbery, six counts of aggravated assault and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

In all there were four black males involved in the armed robbery that were arrested.  The robbery occurred at the Hannah’s Mill Convenience Store in October of 2014 and about 2500.00 was taken during the incident.

Witnesses in the case said Elebee held a gun on the victims in the store during the robbery. The other three individuals involved in the case agreed to guilty plea deals earlier and each testified against Elebee in the court proceedings.

Dentrayveous Tramall Malone age 25 pled guilty to armed robbery and was sentenced by Judge Crawford to 15 years with 10 to serve.  Malone was 20 at the time of the crime. He was also fined $2,500 and will be banished from the Griffin Judicial Circuit that includes Spalding, Pike, Fayette and Upson counties.

Davarius Sullivan, pled guilty to robbery and was been sentenced to 10 years five to be served.

Michael Walker Jr. pled guilty to 10 years with five to serve.

The District Attorney’s Office said that each of the 4 individuals took part in the armed robbery indecent.  Walker was the driver of the vehicle they were riding in, Sullivan was the lookout during the robbery, Malone received the cash from the store, and Elebee held a gun on everyone inside the store.
